Squid anatomy, lesson one

This is a female squid (apparently). Lesson two to possibly follow depending on kinder egg contents.

Tesco's are right, these ARE 'Cool Cats'!

The cutest sweets I've seen in ages deserved to be photographed upon the most camp cushion I own.

About Me:

No longer student-scum as of June 2005, I'm now trying to charm my way into being a runner (aka 'maker of the tea'), well once someone actually gets back to me and offers me an interview. Grrr.
In the meantime I'm trying to get enough inspiration to do the first bit of creative writing in nearly a year whilst on my seemingly never-ending quest for employment and trying to make the last of my money stretch for as long as possible.
Yeeeep, I'm a bit of a boring person at the moment, but I'm hoping that once the money starts coming in good 'ol default version Rachel will make a welcome return.

Favorite Music:

Lots of stuff with nothing in particular as my favourite, but these are a few of what I like: Gorillaz, Kaiser Chiefs, Jose Gonzalez, Magic Numbers, Air, Mint Royale, Lemonjelly, Dirty Vegas, ELO, Scissor Sisters, Tears For Fears, The White Stripes, Blind Melon, Bright Eyes, The Clash, The Strokes, Sigur Ros, The Postal Service.

Favorite Movies:

Sci-fi, some horror, classical Hollywood, film noir, Spanish cinema, Japanese cinema, comedy (and not the horrible comedies that are churned out like they're made in a factory), screwball comedies, animations, swashbucklers and musicals when I'm a particularly camp and flamboyant mood. Can't name one particular favourite film really, I have a list of my favourites that's ever-a-changing.
